AMPLIFIER MODELING

Fractal Audio’s modeling technology creates fully customizable amplifier models with authentic, interactive controls. These models behave like the originals, allowing you to shape the sound you want, rather than simulating static samples of other people’s settings. Behind the scenes, detailed component-level modeling recreates the preamp, tone block, cathode follower, power supply, power amplifier, phase inverter, amplifier-speaker interaction, and much more. In short, if you know how to tune an amp, you know how to tune a model!

CABSCABINET SIMULATION

Built-in DynaCab™ HD cabinet models let you place a virtual microphone on a virtual speaker and hear the results in real time—just like with traditional analog gear. Tuning a great cabinet sound has never been easier. 

User Cab mode lets you load your own impulse responses (IRs) for instant, ready-to-play sounds. ICONS loads popular file formats up to 8k.
