Featuring some of Nashville’s finest string players at Ocean Way Studios—a world-class music scoring environment—we’ve spent over two years capturing the expressive performances of the incredible musicians we’ve worked with.

By using performance-based sampling techniques, we were able to capture the subtle detail and expressiveness of real live recordings while maintaining the sense of depth inherent in the room. Each note was analyzed in real time during sessions to ensure we maintained timbre consistency.

All short articulations were taken from repetition-based performances to maximize fluidity and coherence. Legato transients were taken from musical phrases to convey a level of expression reminiscent of that of an actual piece of music. Every aspect of this library has been handled with the utmost attention to detail, and the results are unparalleled.

Focusing on the articulation of fundamental strings, Nashville Scoring Strings covers the major playing styles associated with modern film scoring. In these core performance types, we prioritized quality over quantity, with the goal of creating a new benchmark for string libraries. 

Recorded by music mixer Nick Spezia (Call of Duty, Fortnite, Outlander), we capture the sound found in many famous films, TV shows, and video games. We have made every effort to push the boundaries of what is currently possible in sample library development. We are incredibly proud to present Nashville Scoring Strings!

Due to technical limitations of the tracker on the maximum “weight” of the torrent file itself of 5 mg, this distribution (torrent file more than 12 mg.) had to be divided into 3 parts.

ATTENTION : ALL three parts should be downloaded to the same place (root disk or the same folder). For example, “ Local disk (D:) ” or “ Local disk (D:)\New Folder “

The point is that all files and folders will be downloaded to the same folder in their places and you will not have to copy files from one distribution to another.

Sampling During a Performance

We approached sampling with phrases while performing. All short articulations were taken from real repeats, and legato were taken from real melodies. The result is the highest level of fluidity and musical expressiveness.
