With this series of sample packs, the owners of the Black Sun Empire label want to make it easier for producers, both beginner and advanced, to get closer to the sound that Blackout is known and respected for. Making any music is hard enough as it is, but perhaps this brand of drum and bass has reached technical levels over the years that are hard to achieve without a little help.

Sure, sample packs can be seen as a quick way to get results, but we hope they inspire people to push the boundaries even further with the right tools in hand. This requires a proper understanding of what came before, and maybe a little glimpse of where things are headed. It’s up to you to look at both and shape your future and ours.
