Modular Structures
As part of the Inspire series, Modular Structures provides a perfect starting point for your next journey into experimental music. The underlying sounds feature synths, synth FX, pads, sound effects and drum loops, with many of the sounds created using modular synthesis. With a focus on styles such as Glitch, Complex Electro and Experimental, Modular Structures is full of sonic textures that make heavy use of sound FX, stutters, glitch FX and all sorts of experimental sound design to deliver a cutting-edge electronic sound palette for your own compositions. Powered by Elastik, Modular Structures is designed to inspire.
Designed To Inspire
The library contains 1.5GB of sample data with over 300 loops and phrases, all recorded with an original tempo of 90BPM. Loops have a length of up to 8 bars or 20 seconds. These are organized into several themed categories – Artificial Beats, Asynchronous Spaces, Broken Realities, Harmonic Disruptions, Rhythmic Dissonances – each with its own sonic signature. The loops are also tagged into only one of three types – Drum FX (dfx), Pad (pad) and Synth FX (syf) – and layering a combination of loops from each of these groups gives you the perfect platform to kick-start your next track. It’s here that the power of Elastik’s Inspire function comes into its own. Simply select which of your project’s current loops you might like to vary and hit the Inspire button. Elastik will then swap out each of your selected loops with a loop from the same type. Simply repeat the process until you are inspired. The options are endless.
Quirky And Cool
If your music creation doesn’t do normal, Modular Structures might be just your thing. Packed with quirky, sound-designed, modular synths and electronic drum loops, the library will get you glitched, stuttered and out on the leftfield in an instant. Powered by Elastik, Modular Structures is designed to inspire.
