Simple Controls, Big Impact
Plamen might have a lot of controls, but applying saturation is straightforward. Select the saturation type, adjust the input gain, control the color added (MOJO), and balance the output volume. If you need more drive, use AGC Boost to add an extra 10dB to the input.
Variety of Saturation Types
Plamen offers five different saturation types for each band, allowing you to choose the perfect color and character for your sound. You can even simulate tape saturation, clipping, or add a Tape Wow effect for a vintage touch.
Total Frequency Control
Four crossover points give you full control over the frequencies you want to saturate. Whether it’s subs, bass, mids, or treble, you decide. Switch between linear phase or analog-type crossover for ultimate flexibility.
Solo or Mute Bands
Each frequency band can be soloed or muted, making it easy to test the impact of a specific band or apply saturation selectively. You can use not only the drive input but also a fully parallel Mojo or a Dry/Wet mix for the entire plugin!
