From the subtle pitch imperfections of an old tape recording to a broader, more pronounced wobble that conveys the nostalgic feel of lo-fi recordings and vintage gear, Drifter quickly recreates the unique atmosphere of analog synths and worn vinyl. Central Intelligence Service

At the heart of Drifter is a central control element linked to a variety of parameters. This allows you to quickly and easily modify and shift the sound. Set the depth to control the degree of global modulation. Adjust the speed to set the tempo of the movement. Below these sliders are dedicated sliders that allow you to fine-tune the degree of modulation for each target, providing precise control over the sound’s transformation.

Naturally Creative

At the bottom of the interface are separate controls for adjusting the Natural and Creative parameters: Natural simulates the subtle vibrations of analog equipment, while Creative takes the sound to the next level by making more dramatic changes.

Natural: Level, Pan, Pitch, and Tone (EQ). These parameters are imbued with organic life, adding warmth and unpredictability to acoustic performances and analog circuits.
Creative: Phase (low-pass filter), Shift (frequency), Shape (harmonics), and Filter (high and low frequencies). This opens up more experimental possibilities, allowing for unusual processing and evolving mutations.
