Body Shifter is an innovative spectral processing plugin that measures the Body of your audio and allows you to shift it independently of its pitch. This allows you to quickly change the distribution of frequency energy, making it an essential tool for mixing and sound design. Whether you’re shifting the body of a percussion/drum to a different position in the frequency spectrum, rearranging a vocal, or enhancing the character of an instrument, Body Shifter offers an intuitive and completely new way to easily shape your sounds.

Key Features:

• SCALE: Adjusts the global chassis frequency scaling in octaves. A value of 1 doubles the chassis frequencies, and -1 halves them.
• OFFSET: Shifts the chassis frequency spectrum in Hz.
• WIDTH: Makes slight adjustments to the scaling between the left and right stereo channels to improve stereo separation.
• MIX: Mixes the wet and dry signal.
• OUTPUT: Adjusts the final gain of the wet signal (-/+18 dB).
• VIEW: Lets you customize what is displayed in the spectrum analyzer.
  

Traditionally, perfectly placing an element’s tone in a mix meant performing static EQ or multi-band saturation adjustments that didn’t adapt as the sound evolved. Body Shifter analyzes the body of your audio in real time and lets you shift it with a simple knob turn, effortlessly emphasizing certain frequencies or moving the body of an element to a different location within the frequency spectrum.
