Soundspear – Luxor v1.0.0 for WiN

Luxor is the key to making an instrument stand out and sound in the mix.

It will push your highs to the edge of the stereo field using the Haas effect, and brighten up the mid-highs with the built-in tape distortion algorithm. The resulting signals will be combined using adaptive wideband compression.

Luxor can be used with Wet from 10-20% to 80-100%, whether you want to unleash the Lead or slightly emphasize the Pad.

Characteristics

• There is a wide range of controls available to help you customize the sound you want.
  
• Dry Wet allows you to mix the original signal with the signal obtained at the end of the processing chain, and Out Gain adjusts the output volume.
• Width determines the intensity of the Haas effect at the top of the spectrum.
• Character determines the degree of tape coloration and wideband compression.
• Color slightly changes the cutoff frequency of the Linkwitz-Riley filters, which are used to divide the spectrum into bands processed with different parameters.
