Update Notes:
All articulations now have individually-adjustable ADSR (see TACT tab)
Added new strumming keys (“Hold for Mute” / “Hold for Choke”), making
it easier to change articulations in strumming mode
Portamento slide articulation volume is more consistent
Minor improvements to fret & chord selection algorithm
Various bug fixes including poly input tweaks
