Recorded in the echoing stone walls of St. Michael’s Church, VESTRAL VOICES explores the fragile boundary between beauty and turmoil. Created on the basis of collection of deeply atmospheric vocal performances, the libra reflects two different worlds. Light presents voices in their purest form – intimate, breathtaking and awe-inspiring. Dark transforms the very same through processing, degradation, and reconstruction, creating sounds that seem distant, fractured, and increasingly unnatural. The result is a vocal instrument designed not for traditional performance, but for creating atmosphere, tension, and emotional impact.
