Peculiarities

SyncBand ADSR technology: operates in two separate frequency ranges using wide and multi-dual ADSR envelopes. Input triggers: Arcus can be triggered by an incoming audio signal, MIDI, or sidechain signal. Sync capabilities: sync Arcus to the tempo of your DAW to avoid wasting time adjusting parameters in milliseconds. 

ADSR envelopes for each frequency range can be adjusted independently, despite the shared trigger, for more precise control. Includes a tilt control for spectral balance, high- and low-pass filters for frequency content control , and a phase inversion function for correcting or creatively altering the sound. SyncBand ADSR technology

Featuring SyncBand ADSR technology, Arcus enhances ambient sound with two ADSR envelopes operating in two frequency ranges. They can be triggered simultaneously by an audio signal, a sidechain signal, or a MIDI signal, allowing for precise sound control. 

This technology opens up new possibilities for working with ambient sound and synchronizes the ADSR envelopes with the musical tempo for real-time sound creation . Arcus features a tilt control, high- and low-pass filters, and a phase inversion function. It’s a comprehensive and intuitive tool for creating dynamic ambient sound.

Input signal triggers

Arcus uses three main types of input triggers: audio, sidechain, and MIDI. Each trigger type offers unique features for flexible control of ADSR envelopes.

• The audio trigger features a threshold control that activates the ADSR envelopes when the input signal level exceeds a set value. It also features filters that narrow the frequency range for more precise triggering.
• The sidechain trigger uses filters to focus on specific frequency ranges, causing the ADSR envelopes to activate based on the target elements of the audio signal.
• The MIDI trigger activates the ADSR envelopes in response to MIDI signals, providing precise synchronization with other MIDI-controlled elements for more rhythmic and expressive control.
• Sync Capability. Arcus offers sync capabilities that let you rhythmically control the ADSR envelopes with musical bars and tempo-based beats, and synchronize the envelope shaping with dynamic input triggers. This syncing lets you shape your sound in real time, seamlessly aligning it with the rhythm of the music and enhancing the quality of your audio projects.

Independent management

Arcus allows you to fine-tune each ADSR envelope for each frequency band individually. Although these envelopes share a common trigger, each can be adjusted individually. This provides unprecedented control over the sound shaping process, allowing you to tailor and fine-tune the dynamics of each frequency band to enhance your mix!

Advanced sound shaping tools
