About the Instrument

Recorded at Nave Studios by engineer Danny Blackburn , Blueprint: Bass Guitar delivers the iconic sound of the Fender Precision bass guitar, meticulously rendered through fingerpicking and picking techniques. The library lets you switch between clean, direct, and boosted signals, with effects applied to the original signal to add character and depth.

In Amp mode , the library includes a drive control that lets you add warmth and richness to your bass, enhancing its presence in any mix. Additional controls let you apply dynamic compression, shaping and enhancing the tone to suit a variety of musical styles. Whether you’re looking for a clean, punchy sound or a more aggressive, full-bodied tone, Blueprint: Bass Guitar offers versatile control over any bass line.

Interface

• Tone. Adjusts the equalizer to change the brightness of the instrument, similar to the control of the same name on a bass guitar
• Compression. Increases the amount of compression added to the instrument
• Drive. Adjusts he dynamics of the amplified signal. In DI mode, this control is disabled
• Signal. Choose between direct (DI) and amplified signal
• Articulation. Switch between finger and pick playing techniques
• Release Volume. Adjusts the volume of the release
• Velocity Response. Adjusts how much the instrument’s volume depends on velocity
