Introducing the playful chimes of an antique toy piano, captured in exquisite detail with additional sound enhancements. Enjoy the sixth installment of our Blueprint series!
The toy piano sound is created by hammers striking metal rods (tines), resulting in a unique bell-like sound. The instrument was recorded in a dry studio with a close mic position in stereo and has controls available on the Faulkner Dulcichord, an instrument that was part of our previous release, Alexander Parsons’ Trails.
