Two oscillators, one beat

The main one is either a square wave or sawtooth, plus a sub for weight. The classic 303 tone has a low end never seen in the original synth.

24dB Resonant Filter

A low-pass filter with cutoff and resonance, modulated by envelope, accent, and decay—the squish you came for.
