HP and LP Filters

The SIMON 2 HP and LP buttons are located next to the controls on the shelf. 

High frequencies (10-300 Hz) and low frequencies (3-30 kHz) on each channel are 12 dB/octave ahead of the EQ. They follow the LINK and M/S filters, just like the frequency bands, add no latency, and are completely disconnected from the signal path in OFF mode.

New Saturation Engine

SIMON 2 Saturation Model Menu – Original, Class-A, Op-Amp, Tube.

Four saturation models, all controlled by INPUT TRIM. Original is SIMON’s (formerly DIGITAL) first model, clean and subtle. Class-A behaves like a discrete Class-A linear stage operating in “hot” gain mode—more highs, more depth. Op-Amp remains clean even at high gain. Tube adds warm, almost perfectly smooth harmonics. All four work in all quality modes, including ZL.

Skins: FULL, COMBINED, and any color

SIMON 2 skin menu — FULL, COMBINED, and HUE slider.

Two faceplates—FULL in a single tone or COMBINED with grayed-out shelf sections for quicker orientation—and a HUE slider that lets you change any of them to any color. The color is saved for each instance in your project.

Adjustable Popup Size

The POPUP SIZE slider in SIMON 2’s.

control panel determines how large the value next to the slider will appear. As you change this setting, the new size value is displayed on each slider, so you can see the result immediately.
