Libraries missing, any ideas how to fix?

It crashes every time I try to insert it. I tried it as a standalone, but it still crashes.
Am I missing something?
create a folder in “/Users/Shared/Native Instruments/” with name “installed_products”,
i. e. “/Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products” must exist!
For the User rights 775 type in Terminal „chmod -R 755 „ put a space in after
then drag the folder “installed_products“ into terminal and press enter.

Hi! trying to add new evolution series libraries or new NI Conflux from HCISO (Kontakt 7.10.6) “add library.command” but it doesn’t appear in my installed libraries. Anyone`s knows how to fix it? Thanks!!

Solved (for MAC)! Finally what I did was delete all the .xml that are in Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Center, in addition to deleting all the .json found in Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products, I installed the latest version of Kontakt (v8 .0.1) of HCiSO. Then I used the Add Library for MacOS v3.0 tool from Júnior Porciúncula, to add the libraries that I have.
This caused new .xml and .json files to be created, and now K8 recognizes absolutely everything. I already uninstalled K7. No problems.

I don’t know if I’m allowed to post links but, search in G00GL3 for both: “add Library junior porciuncula”, click on the link on the “beacons . ai” page. It is the original publication; Kontakt 8.0.1 HCiSO and download it from wherever you consider appropriate, and that’s it.
did you manage to install the leap expansions? I can’t find the way to do it, any tips?
there’s only the lo fi installed and I’ve downloaded the expansions here on this site

go on beacon AI and get the ‘Add Library for macOS’ Version 4 for Sequoia!
How can I install the chord and phrase tools? Does anyone have them installed?
