The PSP 285 is based on our legendary PSP 84 and PSP 85* delay plugins. This is our latest exploration of the endless possibilities offered by variable sample rate delay lines. It can create an extremely wide range of delay-based effects – from simple responses and echoes to complex rhythmic patterns, from accurate tape delay simulation to unusual pitch bending and resonant filtering effects – all with world-class sound quality.
Note: Due to many new features, the PSP 285 is not backwards compatible with the PSP 85, which will no longer be developed. The PSP 285 will not replace the PSP 85 when installed, but we recommend that you use the PSP 285 in your new and future projects.
