Ridge Sound Fold EQ is a compact and intuitive equalizer designed for fast and high-quality sound shaping.

Ridge Sound Fold EQ is a powerful and flexible 6-band equalizer with dynamic saturator, designed for professional mixing and mastering. The plugin’s key feature is its patented Fold algorithm, which doesn’t simply cut or boost frequencies, but harmonically compresses and saturates the audio signal, adding density, analog character, and a pleasing grit to your tracks.

The plugin combines the surgical precision of digital equalization with the musicality of classic tube devices.

Innovative Fold Mode:

Seamlessly transforms the standard Gain gain into a gentle clipping and harmonic saturation mode. This allows you to pull an instrument out of the mix without an extreme volume boost.

Analog Modeling:

Each band can operate in a perfectly transparent digital mode, or emulate the phase distortion and warmth of legendary consoles.

Versatile Filters:

Includes parametric bands, high-pass and low-pass filters (up to 96 dB/oct), and Shelf filters with adjustable resonance.

Stereo / Mid-Side Modes:

Complete control over the stereo field. Process the Mid separately for bass and vocal density, or the Side channels for incredible width.

Intelligent Auto-Gain:

Automatically compensates for volume changes during EQ, letting you hear the plug-in’s real effect on timbre, not volume.
