This collection is compatible with NKS and includes 484 nki presets, so you can quickly browse pads, leads, basses, effects and more. The main preset includes an intuitive XY pad that allows you to easily mix four different libraries at once, opening up endless creative potential. The graphical user interface offers a range of innovative features, including infinite randomization, wavetables and the ability to import custom samples. Each individual product also has its own presets, so you can quickly load up Cruiser or Organetta to customize your new favorite sound.

The user interface is built around four separate quadrants, assignable by an XY pad and an arpeggiator system to expand your creative potential. Each layer in the main preset has completely independent sound shaping parameters, including Attack, Release, Offset, Pitch, Pan and more. Each quadrant has its own arpeggiator and filter with 39 built-in filter types. You can access all the samples in each layer, allowing you to mix and match with ease.

The central XY pad can be used in a variety of ways, but by default it functions as a volume control between the 4 layers. Each axis can be configured to affect a parameter, and used to control filters or a select number of effect options. Rhythmic motion can also be added to the XY pad, automatically adjusting each axis in a tempo-synced manner. Additionally, you can limit the range of the X and Y to create new patterns and pitch variations.

You can set up dynamic arpeggiator, glissando and strum patterns using the integrated ARP system, which features a range of features such as rhythm, direction, swing and randomization. Also included is a Legato function, instantly turning this machine into a monophonic legato/portamento instrument with adjustable pitch bend rate. Dive into tweaking and automating every parameter with full control over every detail, or simply hit the Random button to instantly generate an infinite number of new combinations of sounds, parameters and dynamic modulators. The Macro knobs to the left and right of the XY pad can be assigned to modulate various layer sound shaping controls or FX rack plugins.

Importing custom samples allows you to mix your own WAV files into the engine to make each sound truly your own. Mix and shape your samples with our custom sound categories and 24 wavetables for your next epic vibe.

The Vintage Keys Collection comes with over 100 factory presets, each lovingly crafted. They can be easily browsed using the preset browser. You can also save new patches created using the browser or share presets with other users. Finally, don’t forget to fire up the effects rack and load your synth with dozens of DSP effects, including convolution reverb with over a hundred of our custom reality and special space effects to perfect your sound.
