Serum 2 Mutated DnB, the third in our Serum Mutations series, is one of our classic DnB preset pack releases reworked for Serum. Mutated DnB delivers a selection of presets that utilize all of Serum 2’s new features including spectral, multisample and granular oscillators, delivering 100 dark and edgy Neurofunk Serum presets straight from the underworld. Delivering razor sharp basslines, modulated, distorted and filtered synths, Neuro synth drums, dark and gloomy atmospheric pads, tantalizing Neuro style arpeggios and a host of special effects.

Nuerofunk is a subgenre of Drum & Bass that emerged in the UK between 1997 and 1998 as a tech step progression. Note: Each preset gives you creative control over shaping the sound to precisely fit your productions. The presets also use all eight macro parameters. The presets in this pack can also be used for other forms of bass music such as the various genres of Drum & Bass (Jump Up, Dancefloor, etc.), Dubstep, Grime, Trap, Leftfield, etc. Note that the included one-off samples for each preset only provide one example of how to use the automation parameters to control your sound.
