Omnisphere Specto is a collection of 120 cinematic patches for the Spectrasonics Omnisphere synthesizer. It features 123 exclusive sound sources, recorded and developed specifically for this pack. It uses only these new sound sources and does not use stock sounds from Omnisphere or any other pack.
Specto brings a fragile, damaged sound to its sounds, which is especially well suited for writing music for psychological dramas and any genre with tense and disturbing scenes. The patches in this pack were influenced by the work of composers such as Joseph Bishara, Michael Abels, Ben Salisbury, and Cliff Martinez.
Omnisphere Specto makes extensive use of the modulation wheel. In many cases, this can completely transform a patch, so I encourage you to experiment.
