Insert Tape is a tone-shaping and saturation plugin designed to quickly add musical flavor to tracks, buses, and full mixes.

Built on several legendary algorithms and hardware, it moves from subtle harmonic density to a distinctly tape-like sound, offering easy level matching, flexible resampling, Mid/Side and dual-mono workflows, and a focused Delta listening mode that lets you hear exactly what the process adds.

At its core, Insert Tape is designed for instant gratification: manipulate the signal, shape the tone, balance the level, and move on. Vintage DSP mode adds a second signal processing path inspired by classic early digital gear, delivering a grainier, more vibrant sound, somewhere between the polish of tape, the character of a converter, and old-school studio circuitry.
