A Glimpse into the Creation:
In 2019, we embarked on an exhilarating musical journey while composing the official gameplay trailer for Diablo IV. The trailer’s soundtrack demanded an eerie, dark ambiance with whispers reminiscent of ritual chants and spells. While we incorporated some vocals from Blizzard Entertainment’s announcement cinematics, we also conducted unique vocal sessions with a select group of sopranos to amplify that otherworldly atmosphere. This experience inspired us to delve deeper into recording unconventional articulations, ultimately leading to the creation of the Hex Choir.
