Midnight Alto Sax is a southern legato sax library for Kontakt, intended for pop, jazz and a generation calling for a bold alto sax. Alto recorded at Warm Studios in Texas, the alto follows in the footsteps of our tenor sax library; offering the same performance and performances, with few additions of its own.
Articulations included: slur legato, tongued legato, rutracker gliss legato, short bend attack, long bend attack, short bend fall, long bend fall, gliss fall, tar attack & bend ornament.
We’ve also included a few processed presets in addition to the unprocessed Alto Sax Master patch: Hyped (brighter, subtly chorused), Dreams (brighter, wetter reverb), and Nostalgia (mono, lo-fi, subtly distorted).
